Dear DOD EMALL Customers,
We recently made a change which makes TLS 1.2 mandatory for Internet Explorer access to DOD EMALL. There is a vulnerability with TLS 1.0 which puts credit card data at risk. TLS 1.2 is only supported on Windows 7 and later. Windows XP users will NOT be able to run a supported configuration, regardless of browser. If you are receiving a "Page Cannot be Displayed" error, please ensure that TLS 1.2 is checked and SSL 2.0 in unchecked in Internet Explorer. Tools/Internet Options/advanced tab.

Current versions of Firefox and Chrome support TLS 1.2 by default and are working normally.

NMCI customers are able to connect to EMALL using TLS 1.2 but are unable to access their local programs. The current workaround is to check TLS 1.2 when working in EMALL and uncheck TLS 1.2 when working on local programs. NMCI is aware of the issue.

It is the only WWW site you need to visit to shop for and buy DoD managed items by paying with either an IMPAC credit card or the traditional DoDAAC/Fund Cite.
