To Request a FACTS User ID: Each new user must send a request to the NAVY 311 Help Desk. Please specify type of access required. A DD Form 2875, System Access Authorization Request (SAAR), will be sent to each requestor with detailed instructions on how to complete and submit the form.
Training is required for all users prior to FACTS access. Please submit a Navy 311 ticket to request the needed training.
Email alerts are now being sent to users to inform them when accounts expire or are suspended. Please add "[email protected]" to the "Safe Senders" list in your Outlook "Junk/Junk E-mail Options".

See "Help" for instructions when creating a Navy311 ticket requesting a "Password Reset", account "Unlocking" or restoration of a "Suspended" account. You will not need to submit another ticket until successfully logging into FACTS. A new ticket will be required if you re-lock your account.
