Please make sure you select the correct certificate when accessing the dashboard: when using Internet Explorer, select the "DOD CA" certificate or DOD EMAIL, and when using Firefox, select your "U.S. Government Identity Certificate or EMAIL."

It is strongly recommended that all users access the Enterprise Dashboard using the Google Chrome browser which will offer an improved user experience with better performance when opening the dashboard and responsiveness while navigating/interacting with the tiles.
