The Air Force Logistics Tool Suite (LTS) is a login-gated portal at lts.cce.af.mil that bundles several Air Force logistics web applications — including TrackerLite, the DD1149 Tracker, Funds Control, and TAC Request — under a single sign-on. It is used by Air Force logisticians and transportation personnel for shipment tracking, transportation billing, and transportation account code (TAC) administration.

What it is

LTS aggregates a set of Air Force logistics and transportation applications into one suite reachable from lts.cce.af.mil, hosted on the Air Force's Common Computing Environment (CCE) — a shared Air Force cloud/portal infrastructure. Component applications include TrackerLite (pipeline visibility and transportation billing), the DD1149 Tracker (DD Form 1149 shipment tracking), Funds Control, and TAC Request (Transportation Account Code exception requests).

Who operates it

LTS is an Air Force program managed by a dedicated LTS program office; an Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) news release describes the ILS-S and LTS program offices jointly building a new interface to streamline Transportation Account Code assignment, indicating AFLCMC as the parent organization for the LTS program office.

Access

The lts.cce.af.mil portal is a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)-accredited, username/password-gated system — it is not open to the public. Access follows the standard DoD System Authorization Access Request (SAAR, DD Form 2875) process used across Air Force CCE-hosted applications. The directory's current "public" access_type is incorrect; this should be recorded as SAAR-required.

How logisticians use it

Air Force logisticians and transportation officers use LTS as a single entry point to track shipments and DD Form 1149 transfers, manage transportation funds control, and request or verify Transportation Account Codes (TACs) used to bill Second Destination Transportation moves — reducing the need to separately authenticate into each underlying application.

Related systems

LTS interfaces with the Integrated Logistics System–Supply (ILS-S) for transportation fund management, and its TrackerLite component is closely related to Air Force pipeline-tracking tools referenced elsewhere in this directory.
