The Cargo On Hand Report (COHR) and Material Processing Center (MPC) Deliveries Material Tracker is a module of DLA's Distribution Standard System (DSS) Materiel Tracker, used by ships and other DLA distribution customers to check materiel sitting at a Material Processing Center awaiting delivery.
