Contract Repair Management System CRMS

The Contract Repair Management System (CRMS) is a U.S. Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) system used to manage and document contract (commercial) depot repair of reparable Air Force assets. It works alongside CAV AF (Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force) as one of the core systems that Contract Depot Maintenance (CDM) offices administer for AFSC's supply chain and depot-repair mission. Access is restricted to authorized Air Force/DoD personnel — this is not a public-facing tool.

Who operates it

CRMS is administered by Contract Depot Maintenance (CDM) offices established within the 448th Supply Chain Management Wing (448 SCMW) at each Air Force Sustainment Center location (Tinker AFB, Hill AFB, Robins AFB). Per AFMCMAN 21-149, these CDM offices are the focal point for CDM policy implementation, business monitoring, and system administration and user training for both CAV AF and CRMS.

CRMS is hosted at crms.cce.af.mil, an Air Force-internal domain that returned an access-denied response on direct check (not a public page) — consistent with a CAC/PKI-authenticated, .mil-internal application rather than a publicly browsable tool. The directory's stored access_type of "public" does not reflect this; access requires DoD/Air Force network credentials.
