Exchange Online Shopping (shopmyexchange.com) is the e-commerce site of the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES, "the Exchange"), the joint Army/Air Force nonappropriated-fund retailer that supports the military community worldwide. Logisticians may encounter it in the context of morale and welfare support during deployments, PCS moves, or troop support operations, or when helping service members and veterans understand exchange privileges — but it does not perform supply, inventory, or asset-tracking functions relevant to the logistics mission.
