Marine Corps Logistics Command

Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM), headquartered at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia, is the Marine Corps' operational-level logistics command for fielded weapon systems, support services, and supplies. It links the Marine Corps Organic Industrial Base with operational logistics activities — executing depot-level maintenance, storage, and prepositioning — and its public site (logcom.marines.mil) is the entry point for LOGCOM's enterprise logistics applications.

LOGCOM provides worldwide, integrated logistics and supply-chain management, distribution management, maintenance management, and strategic prepositioning capability in support of the operating forces, aiming to maximize their readiness and sustainability and to support enterprise- and program-level Total Life Cycle Management. Its subordinate organizations include the Marine Corps Depot Maintenance Command (with production plants at Albany, Georgia, and Barstow, California), Marine Force Storage Command, Blount Island Command (Jacksonville, Florida), and centers such as the Supply Chain Management Center and Weapons Systems Management Center.
