MyNAVSUP (my.navsup.navy.mil) is the Naval Supply Systems Command's authenticated web portal for accessing NAVSUP business systems. It is where NAVSUP personnel, DoD civilians, contractors, and other authorized users log in with a Common Access Card (CAC)/DoD PKI certificate and request role-based access to individual NAVSUP applications, rather than a public information site.

What it is

MyNAVSUP functions as NAVSUP's access-management front door: a PKI-authenticated portal that lists NAVSUP-owned systems and routes users through registration and role/access requests for each one. It is not itself a supply or logistics application — it is the gateway and provisioning layer in front of NAVSUP's application environment.

Who operates it

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) operates MyNAVSUP as part of its official navsup.navy.mil web presence.

Access

MyNAVSUP requires a DoD-compliant PKI certificate (issued with a CAC) and registration in the NAVSUP master directory; it is not a public-access site. Users first register their PKI certificate through NAVSUP's PKI Registration process, then complete User Provisioning at my.navsup.navy.mil/requestaccess to request role-based access to specific NAVSUP systems. Some systems additionally require a System Access Authorization Request (SAAR) form for role-based access (RBAC); requirements vary by system and are listed on the individual system's access page within MyNAVSUP.

How logisticians use it

Navy logisticians, NAVSUP civilians, contractors, and joint/vendor partners registered in the NAVSUP master directory use MyNAVSUP as the single entry point to sign in and request or manage access to NAVSUP supply and business systems, rather than requesting access to each system independently.

Related systems

MyNAVSUP is the access gateway referenced for other NAVSUP-operated systems in this directory, since role-based access to those systems is typically requested through MyNAVSUP's provisioning workflow rather than granted directly.
