The Priority Material Office (PMO) is a U.S. Navy command headquartered at Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, WA, under the operational control of Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC), that expedites and tracks Issue Priority Group I requisitions for Atlantic and Pacific Fleet submarines, surface ships, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Military Sealift Command units. Its site, pmohq.dc3n.navy.mil, is an unclassified, CAC-gated Navy site (the PRIME application) providing in-transit visibility and automated status updates to authorized DoD users.
