Military CAC (militarycac.com) is a popular, independently run (not official) help site created and maintained since 2007 by retired Army Warrant Officer Michael J. Danberry, providing CAC reader/middleware troubleshooting guidance for personal and government computers. It is privately funded, not DoD-affiliated; official guidance lives at the DoD Cyber Exchange and service help desks.

Navy Change Notice and Price Updates is a Navy ERP web module holding the history of material Change Notices and Annual Price Updates, reached only via CAC on an NMCI-connected computer. Navy ERP is managed by PEO MLB's Navy Enterprise Business Solutions program office.

The legacy NMCI Outlook Web Access URL (webmail.east.nmci.navy.mil) no longer resolves; Navy email now runs on Microsoft 365 via Flank Speed, with webmail.apps.mil as the current CAC-gated OWA endpoint for Department of the Navy personnel.

SeaBees Readiness and Cost Reporting Program RCRP
RCRP (Readiness and Cost Reporting Program) is the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command's MET-based readiness-reporting system — used by the Seabees and other NECC forces to report readiness across the PESTO pillars (Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance) and report authorized Table of Allowance, feeding DRRS-N; CAC and registration required, not publicly accessible.
