Navy Change Notice and Price Updates

Navy Change Notice and Price Updates is a reference area within Navy ERP, the Department of the Navy's SAP-based enterprise resource planning system, that hosts the history of material Change Notices and Annual Price Updates. It is reached through the Navy ERP web portal on a CAC-authenticated, NMCI-connected computer — not a public website.

What it is

This capability is a historical record within Navy ERP for material and pricing change data: Change Notices (updates to material master/catalog data) and Annual Price Updates (the yearly standard-price revisions applied across Navy ERP). It gives authorized users a way to look up what changed and when, for material data and standard pricing used in requisitioning, budgeting, and inventory valuation.

Who operates it

Navy ERP is the Department of the Navy's financial system of record, built on SAP software and deployed to tens of thousands of users across Navy systems commands. It is managed by the Program Executive Office for Manpower, Logistics and Business Solutions (PEO MLB), through its Navy Enterprise Business Solutions (Navy EBS) program office; the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) awards and administers Navy ERP's technical support contracts on the program office's behalf. PEO MLB was stood up in 2020 from the former Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), which was split into PEO MLB and PEO Digital.

Access

Access requires a Common Access Card (CAC) and a computer on the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) or an equivalent authorized DoD network — it is an internal Navy ERP module, not a publicly reachable site. There is no public self-registration path; access is provisioned through a user's Navy ERP account, typically via the user's command and the Navy ERP program office.
