What it is

The NAS Status page is a national map/dashboard showing active traffic-management initiatives — ground stops, ground delay programs, airport arrival rate caps, expect-departure-clearance-time (EDCT) information, reroutes, and relevant NOTAMs. It replaced the older "usmap.jsp" flight-delay map product that the tool's original URL pointed to.

Who operates it

The FAA's Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC), part of the FAA Air Traffic Organization, operates the site. The ATCSCC is the FAA's central facility for managing traffic flow across the National Airspace System and is based in Warrenton, Virginia.
