DLA AMPS
AMPS (DLA Account Management and Provisioning System, amps.dla.mil) is the single gateway to request and manage access/roles for DLA applications — WebFLIS, Disposition Services/RTD, HMIRS, and more. Registration in AMPS is the required first step; CAC/PIV holders get immediate access after Cyber Awareness Training, and non-CAC external users (vendors, public) can register with an email-verified account instead.

DLA Disposition Services (formerly DRMO)
DLA Disposition Services (formerly DRMS/DRMO) is the DLA organization that disposes of military excess property; its Reutilization, Transfer, and Donation (RTD) program lets eligible customers search and obtain DoD-wide excess property via webapp.dispositionservices.dla.mil, with access provisioned through AMPS.

DLA Disposition Services eDOCS
eDOCS (RBI Electronic Document System) is a DLA Disposition Services application for storing and retrieving the electronic documents tied to property turn-in and disposal. DLA Law Enforcement Support Office LESO
The DLA Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) administers the DoD 1033 Program, transferring excess DoD property to state, county, and local law-enforcement agencies through their state coordinators — part of DLA Disposition Services, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan. Participation requires an approved application through a state coordinator and an AMPS account, not open public use.

DoD / Federal Condition Codes CC
"Federal Condition Codes" is the retired name (per DLA ADC 1382, 2020) for the legacy two-character code — an alphabetic Supply Condition Code plus a numeric Disposal Condition Code — used on DoD disposal records; this page now routes readers to LogTool's current Supply Condition Codes and Disposal Condition Codes references.

Dove Bid Surplus Sales
Go-Dove (GoIndustry DoveBid), a commercial surplus-asset auction marketplace once run by Liquidity Services, has been retired and folded into Liquidity Services' unified AllSurplus marketplace (allsurplus.com); the go-dove.com domain now serves the AllSurplus application. It is a private commercial platform requiring free account registration to bid, not a federal system.

Government Surplus Deals
GovDeals (govdeals.com) is a commercial online auction marketplace, owned by Liquidity Services, that lets state and local government agencies — not primarily DoD — sell surplus and confiscated property to the public; DoD surplus specifically is sold through DLA Disposition Services' contracted partners (Government Liquidation, GovPlanet), not GovDeals.

GSA Auctions Government Surplus
GSA Auctions (gsaauctions.gov) is GSA's official online auction site for selling surplus, exchange/sale, and forfeited federal personal property to the public. It is operated by GSA's Office of Personal Property Management; auction listings are public, but placing a bid requires account registration.
